Job DescriptionDetermine the sales target for each segment per year and divide it into monthly sales targets in the B2B, Horeca and Traditional Market segments.
Create and implement sales strategies or activities that can help increase turnover achievement against targets.
Maintain the profitability of each sale by monitoring turnover and costs incurred routinely and periodically.
Coordinate with brand managers to analyze the stock levels of each brand routinely and periodically so that they can be maintained at the ideal stock level in the area under their authority.
Make projections for future inventory levels compared to sales that occur.
Supervise and evaluate subordinates so that they work optimally.
Provide training and motivation routinely and periodically so that sales can work effectively and efficiently throughout the time so that they can achieve sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with each Department and Customer in order to achieve sales targets.
Conduct supervision and monitoring of activities carried out by competitors and create comparative strategies.
Create comprehensive and periodic sales achievement reports to superiors.
Supervise the use of the approved budget so that it is in accordance with the plan and obtains maximum results.
Make improvements to all problems that arise in the division.
Monitor the condition of customer bill payments according to the agreed deadline.
Maintain good relations with agents, resellers, and main customers by providing services that exceed expectations.
Conduct periodic checks and improvements to the customer progress report (CPR).
