*Test Driver Team Management*

  • Evaluate vehicle features and defects during test operation based on customer criteria to support quality improvement for subsequent production stages and prevent defects in mass production.
  • Collect, describe, and report daily test errors to relevant employees.
  • Support handling of technical issues related to test vehicles.
  • Train and guide drivers on necessary procedures during work at CTF.
  • Schedule employees to attend professional and personal development courses.
  • Manage budgets and develop spending plans for each test item within projects.
  • Conduct statistical control of project expenditures as planned.

*Vehicle and Drivers Management*

  • Schedule shifts for test drivers.
  • Train, instruct, and supervise drivers to ensure compliance with traffic safety laws and VinFast regulations. Draft and translate test cases based on
  • provided by the Technical Team.
  • Instruct drivers to perform test cases and assessments according to processes and special requirements.
  • Detect irregularities and vehicle defects during test runs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve automotive test failures.
  • Synthesize detected error information and report to employees and related departments.
  • Handle issues arising in automotive engineering.
  • Collect and synthesize data related to test vehicle models.
  • Retrieve and manage log files.
  • Install cameras and monitoring equipment for test vehicle management.
  • Manage electrical and fire protection systems within the workshop or test area.

Requirements Qualifications & Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering or related fields is an advantage.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Possess a valid LMV or higher driver's license (for private cars with fewer than 9 seats or light trucks under 3.5 tons).Good English communication computer skills.
  • Act as a role model at work, setting a positive example for drivers and colleagues.Agile and efficient in handling tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with drivers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and online.
  • Proactive, willing to take initiative and tackle challenges.

  • Eager to learn and continuously update knowledge of vehicle testing and related fields.
