This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and decision-making.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking partners.
  • Support project management, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries to support the CEO's strategic initiatives.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence in both English and Mandarin.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced situations.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
