What makes us Mash?

Mash is a strategic partner for curating and leading high-performing in-house agency teams. We operate like an agency with fast and fresh ideas to drive momentum. We think like a brand, fully embedded, tuned into clients' cultures and ways of working.

Our approach to work

We run things a little differently at Mash. We mean it when we talk about 'ownership' and 'autonomy' - you'll get heaps of both with plenty of support from the HQ team.

*Remote / Hybrid means there are typically no fixed days you're required to be in the office but you may be required to go on-site on a few occasions.

What makes a Masher?

  • You're a self-starter.
  • You're a collaborator.
  • You're a communicator.
  • You're a seeker.
  • You're a navigator.

Sound like you? Great Let's Mash.
