About the role
As a Business Development professional at PT Media BersamaSukses', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the Surabaya East Java region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively seeking out and qualifying potential clients and partners within the target market
- Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to effectively engage and convert leads
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Providing regular performance updates and insights to the management team
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the Sales or New Business Development domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address client needs
- Familiarity with the local Surabaya East Java market and its unique business landscape
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate changing market conditions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
