About the Role

Join Our Creative Team as an Architect & Interior Designer

Kooliv, part of STUDiLMU Group, is seeking a talented and passionate Architect & Interior Designer to join our development project in Uluwatu, Bali.
In this role, you will help shape the design and experience of our upcoming co-working and co-living space, blending functionality, aesthetics, and the unique spirit of Bali into every detail.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with owner to understand their vision and requirements for residential, commercial or mixed-use developments
  • Produce detailed architectural and creative interior design plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
  • Manage projects from conceptualization to completion, liaising with contractors and suppliers
  • Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies
  • Provide creative input and innovative solutions to design challenges
  • Present design proposals to owner and incorporate their feedback
  • Inspect and evaluate finishing quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and workmanship standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Architect or Interior Designer
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and sustainability principles
  • Excellent problem-solving, creative, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for creating innovative and functional design solutions
  • Willing to work six days a week
  • Having your own laptop for work
