We're on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to lead the charge—someone who's passionate about people, operations, and building an unforgettable dining experience from the ground up.

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations—front and back of house
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service team to deliver top-notch guest experiences
• Maintain high standards in food quality, hygiene, and hospitality
• Handle team scheduling, training, and performance management
• Manage inventory, supplier relations, and cost controls
• Monitor and optimize operational budgets and profitability
• Resolve guest issues with a hands-on, solution-driven approach
• Work closely with the marketing team to support seasonal campaigns and social activations
• Ensure the vibe matches our vision: warm, lively, refined—but never stiff

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A passion for Western cuisine and experience-driven dining
• Familiarity with operations in lifestyle-oriented F&B concepts
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills and service-first attitude
• Familiar with POS systems, restaurant tech, and inventory software
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
