Responsibilities:
● Assist in collecting quotations and preparing simple comparison sheets.
● Support item sourcing based on user or project requirements.
● Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules, pricing, and
required documents.
● Assist in handling user requests and ensuring timely updates.
● Prepare and organize procurement documents (PR, PO, receipts, reports).
● Update and maintain procurement data and filing systems.
● Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team.
