We are looking for passionate Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will focus on expanding sales channels (online & offline), building partnerships, and driving revenue growth under the direction of our Managing Director.
Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales pipelines for both online (e-commerce, marketplaces, social commerce) and offline (retail, distributors, partnerships) channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Support the creation and execution of sales campaigns in collaboration with creative marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in wellness, healthy lifestyle, supplements, or retail industry
- Strong understanding of online and offline sales ecosystems.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and retail distribution models is a strong plus.
