Commercial Banking Center Head

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our client's ( a reputable banking company) as Commercial Banking Center.

• Manage, evaluate, and monitor the implementation of marketing and sales programs for Commercial Lending to ensure the achievement of business sales targets.
• Conduct reviews with the risk unit related to determining collectibility
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of credit restructuring to maintain credit quality.
• Determine the Branch Office that will become the Loan Booked location upon credit approval to carry out transaction activities.
• Supervise the monitoring of fund placement

• Minimum 10 (ten) years of work experience, with at least 5 (five) years in the same field.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (preferably Economics or Finance).
• Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in commercial or corporate credit, or wholesale risk, at a national bank with at least KMBI 3 rating (proven with reference letter from previous employer).
• Extensive network in the field of commercial or corporate credit.
• Proven history of managing a commercial or corporate credit portfolio of at least IDR 1 trillion (supported by data on debtor/customer portfolio in Pareto format).
• Experience Commercial in non housing
