Job Description:
- Assist in the full cycle of assessment center activities, including preparation, executing, and post-assessment processes.
- Provide administrative support by scheduling assessments, coordinating with users, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
- Collect, organize, score and input assessment data into internal databases and systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to ongoing and ad-hoc projects related to assessment center development, including research, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Final year students or fresh graduates with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/related field are welcomed
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking,
- Good communication skills,
- Able to work from office (WFO), Monday-Friday from WIB,
- Duration: 6 months,
- Placement: Alam Sutera, Serpong.
