Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture (or related).
3–5 years proven experience in showroom, retail display, exhibitions, or interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
Strong space planning & detail design skills; able to produce 2D/3D, technical drawings, and presentation boards.
Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD (required) plus SketchUp / Revit and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Hands-on site supervision experience: site measurement, site analysis, coordination with contractors/vendors, and quality checks during implementation.
Project management capability: scheduling, budgeting, risk tracking, progress reporting, and on-time delivery.
Vendor, tender/contract coordination experience; able to liaise with internal teams and external partners/distributors.
Understanding of materials, finishes, fixtures, POPs, and basic MEP/HSE considerations for showroom installations.
Business-oriented mindset: able to align design with merchandising and customer journey; comfortable doing market/design research.
Strong communication & stakeholder skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).
Willingness to travel domestically (and occasionally within APAC) for site checks, training, and project support.
Fluent in english
Preferred
Experience with premium/luxury home & building products or sanitaryware categories.
Exposure to multi-site showroom standards and brand guideline roll-outs.
Familiarity with 3D rendering (V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion) and basic motion/visual assets for presentations.
Experience working with distributors/retail partners, store maintenance programs, and retrofit projects.
Knowledge of procurement workflows and cost/value engineering.
Basic data skills for forecasting/workload planning (Excel/Sheets) and PM tools (e.g., Asana/Trello/MS Project).
