Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Good understanding of HIRADC, JSA, and HSE regulations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE
  • Able to work proactively and independently, with strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Team player with Good communication, coordination skills, and strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HSE data, documentation, and related permits
  • Prepare HSE inspection reports and maintain proper records.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures
  • Deliver HSE inductions to employees, visitors, and subcontractors
  • Report potential hazards or incidents to supervisors or the HSE committee (P2K3)
  • Stop any activity that poses potential safety or environmental risks.
