Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Good understanding of HIRADC, JSA, and HSE regulations
Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE
Able to work proactively and independently, with strong initiative and attention to detail
Team player with Good communication, coordination skills, and strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

Manage HSE data, documentation, and related permits
Prepare HSE inspection reports and maintain proper records.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures
Deliver HSE inductions to employees, visitors, and subcontractors
Report potential hazards or incidents to supervisors or the HSE committee (P2K3)
Stop any activity that poses potential safety or environmental risks.
