Job Description

  • Assessment / identify learning management system for organizational learning
  • Develop and maintain learning management system
  • Encourage culture learning organization
  • Desing modul and training curriculum
  • Evaluate and implement educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS) to support diverse learning needs.
  • Instructional Design: Lead the creation of engaging and effective learning content, including course materials, curriculum, and training program
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), managers, and other partners to ensure learning solutions are relevant and meet expectations.
  • Align Knowledge Management strategies with organizational goals to enhance knowledge flow and accessibility.
  • Build and maintain digital knowledge bases, intranets, and wikis, ensuring content is up-to-date and easily searchable.
  • Create and enforce standardized formats for documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidebooks.
  • Promote Knowledge Sharing: Encourage a culture of collaboration and information exchange among employees and teams.
  • Provide Training and Support: Design and deliver training sessions on KM best practices and software tools to employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various teams and business units to understand their knowledge needs and facilitate information sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or training.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver information clearly and effectively.
  • Solid background in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of learning management, with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs.
  • Hands-on experience in training delivery, from preparation through to post-training evaluation.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, including onboarding, employee development, retention, and strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with organizational competencies and values.
