Key Responsibilities
  • Manage online store operations across multiple marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.), including product listing, stock updates, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Handle order processing from confirmation to shipment coordination, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and coordinate with marketplace account managers to optimize visibility and sales performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, chats, and reviews promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor store performance metrics (sales, traffic, ratings), generate regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements and maximize sales growth.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to drive efficiency and profitability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations or marketplace stores.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience managing online stores in major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.)
  • Owns a personal laptop for work.
  • Detail-oriented, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and in a team
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Open to learning and adapting in the fast-paced e-commerce industry
  • Employment status: Contract Based.
