Key Responsibilities
- Strategic IT : Define and implement the company's technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Technology & Systems Management : Oversee IT operations including infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, business applications, and cloud solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Manage enterprise architecture, systems integration, and software lifecycle.
- Product Innovation : Drive IT innovation to support new products, services, and business models.
- Lead product development (through internal product engineering teams or external partner) in developing scalable, customer-centric technology solutions.
- People & Vendor Management : Build and manage high-performing IT teams.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Governance & Risk : Establish IT policies, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Lead issues recovery, business continuity, and risk management planning.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- 20+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership or technology management roles.
- Strong experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation, large-scale IT projects, or technology-driven product development.
- Strong project management skill and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT (networks, cloud, ERP, CRM, cybersecurity, databases).
- Experience with software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, big data, cloud-native solutions).
- Fluent in English.
