Responsibilities

Design of non-standard automated fixtures, gauges, and hemming dies for body welding lines.
Participate in 3D reviews and make design modifications as necessary.
Assist in the production and manufacturing of tooling fixtures and provide necessary technical support.
Track the assembly, integration, and debugging process of tooling fixtures, coordinating with other departments to resolve design issues encountered during manufacturing and installation.

Requirements

Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Automation, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in welding fixture design.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles. Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including component selection. Knowledge of commonly used machining equipment and manufacturing processes for parts.
Proficient in office and design software.
