Quality Management System (QMS)
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.
- Manage, develop, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and compliance.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits and certification processes.
- Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and design improvement plans.
- Provide training and support employee development related to QMS and SOP implementation across functions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations and external standards.
- Coordinate with management to implement and evaluate quality policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in QMS, with proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and experience in conducting internal audits.
- Proficient in developing and managing quality documents and SOPs.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
