Quality Management System (QMS)

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.
Manage, develop, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and compliance.
Lead internal audits and support external audits and certification processes.
Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and design improvement plans.
Provide training and support employee development related to QMS and SOP implementation across functions.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations and external standards.
Coordinate with management to implement and evaluate quality policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in QMS, with proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and experience in conducting internal audits.
Proficient in developing and managing quality documents and SOPs.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
