Role Description

  • Identify, map, and develop new customers, market segments, and industries.
  • Execute the full sales process, including generating leads, cold calling, and customer prospecting.
  • Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate terms, and review all commercial aspects of offers and orders.
  • Participate in marketing activities; seminars, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Conduct sales presentations to support marketing efforts and engage targeted potential customers.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on sales activities, performance, and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Min 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer (experience in Material Handling Systems and Processing is an advantage)
  • Able to plan, prepare, and deliver presentations & demos effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Willing to travel for business trips outside Jakarta
