Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting suitable machinery and solutions to potential clients. They will analyze customer needs, provide tailored consultations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client analysis, and contract negotiation
- Knowledge of graphics, packaging, or industrial machinery is a plus
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts effectively
- Flexibility to work on-site with clients and willingness to travel as needed
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any related field
- Prior experience in B2B sales or a technical sales environment is highly preferred
