Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitors' activities.
  • Manage brand budget and ensure effective allocation of marketing resources.
  • Oversee product positioning, packaging, and promotional materials to align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, digital, and product development).
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities to ensure ROI and brand consistency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and key external partners.
  • Lead and motivate the brand team to achieve marketing and business goals.
