Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitors' activities.
- Manage brand budget and ensure effective allocation of marketing resources.
- Oversee product positioning, packaging, and promotional materials to align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, digital, and product development).
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities to ensure ROI and brand consistency.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and key external partners.
- Lead and motivate the brand team to achieve marketing and business goals.
