Job Descriptions:

  • Process end-to-end payroll including salary, overtime, commission, and deductions accurately and on time.
  • Manage BPJS, employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain and update compensation schemes and benefit policies based on company needs.
  • Support performance-based reward systems by managing evaluation data and coordinating with management.
  • Ensure accurate HRIS records and generate payroll and benefit reports regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or compensation & benefit function.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and payroll taxation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
