Qualification

  • A professional 35-40 years; Bachelor Degree from Reputable University of Technical Science (Electrical / Mechanical or Others) ; Master Degree would be Advantage.
  • Having Experiences Min 5-10 years for total exposure in Services Center / After Sales Service and 3-5 Years experiences as Managerial Level.
  • Prefered from Home Appliances / Multifan Industry (B2B & B2C) or others Industrial Electronics Products.
  • English Skill
  • Computer Skills

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the Service Center, ensuring product repair quality standards, optimal customer service, and efficient spare parts management and service sales to support company operations.

Responsibilities:
- Managing Service Center Operations
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all operational activities at the Service Center, from receiving units for repair, monitoring repair status, to returning repaired products.
- Spare Parts and Inventory Management
- Ensure adequate spare parts availability and efficient stock management to ensure timely repairs and avoid excess or shortages.
- Customer Service and Satisfaction
- Improve the quality of customer service, including handling complaints effectively and providing clear reports on the status of repairs.
- Management of the Technician Team and Service Center Staff
- Manage and train technicians and staff at the Service Center to ensure they have the necessary skills and can work efficiently and in accordance with company operational standards.
- Increased Sales of Services and Spare Parts
- Sell spare parts and product maintenance services at the Service Center to increase revenue and meet customer needs.
