Position: Engineering Supervisor Responsibilities:- Supervise the daily activities of the Engineering team, ensuring all maintenance requests are handled efficiently.
- Implement the hotel’s preventive maintenance schedule for all critical equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor or Senior Technician in a hotel setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including mechanical and electrical.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Relevant vocational education (SMK/D3) in Engineering.
