Responsibilities:
- Participate in the confirmation and execution of PMC weekly/monthly plans;
- Supervise production teams to carry out production in accordance with process requirements and work instructions, keep track of quality status and production progress, handle unexpected situations, ensure quality and deliver on time;
- Responsible for managing the production site, creating a safe production atmosphere, creating a good 5S environment, labour discipline, and strictly regulating employees' work behaviour;
- Establish and improve a training plan for local production leaders, responsible for building local production teams;
- Explore the problem points on the production site, continuously analyse, take action, and improve to improve product yield, production efficiency, and reduce manufacturing costs;
- Responsible for assessing and cultivating the production team to enhance their combat effectiveness;
- Monitor employee turnover, guide investigation of reasons for turnover, and take measures to reduce turnover rate;
- Update production line data, summarise work regularly, and review the implementation of the department's main task detail items.
