Role overview

You'll design, grow, and nurture Skuling's learner and educator communities—online and on the ground. You will launch programs, partnerships, and events that drive engagement, advocacy, and retention, and turn community insights into product and content improvements.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute a community strategy across students, parents, and educators

  • Launch and manage online hubs (e.g., Discord/Slack/Circle), including moderation, guidelines, and onboarding

  • Plan and host webinars, AMAs, workshops, and local meetups; manage ambassador/mentor programs

  • Develop partnerships with schools, clubs, and nonprofits for pilots and community initiatives

  • Create community content that educates and inspires

  • Capture and report community insights to product, content, and support teams

  • Track and improve key metrics: engagement, retention, response time, NPS, event attendance

What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years in community development/management (edtech or consumer tech preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and empathy

  • Program and event management skills; partnership-building experience

  • Data-informed mindset; comfortable defining KPIs and iterating quickly

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup; willingness to work across time zones
