BookMyShow SEA is a regional ticketing start up, selling events, attractions and more. We empower event organisers and venue owners by giving them the right tools that they need to successfully manage their ticketing from the internet to the door. The Engineering team at BookMyShow SEA is building a next-generation ticketing software that empowers event organisers to sell and manage their ticket sales on a single platform. Our B2B2C software facilitates this for organisers across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries. We're looking for an Applications Manager to join our team.
What you'll do:
● You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the monthly development sprints, from the allocation of the stories and bugs with the development team to the monthly sprint deployment to production.
● You will create and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation which may include participation in IT audits and other processes to ensure the integrity of IT systems.
● You will review the production issues and work closely with the development team and business team to resolve them on a timely basis.
● You will need to acquire contextual breadth and depth in your product domain and manage stakeholders expectations.
● You will communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors and external clients to manage their expectations on the ticketing platforms and projects.

This role would be a good fit if you have:
● At least 5 years of experience in software development
● At least 2 years of experience in managing technical projects
● Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
