Responsibilites :

  • Ensure all locations comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Organize Barista shift schedules and ensure timely input of inventory reports.
  • Achieve sales targets by empowering the store team.
  • Training new Baristas and conduct internal training for the team.
  • Analyze inventory and sales reports.
  • Conduct store visits and ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements :

  • Preferably Area Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of retail experience managing 15-20 stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
  • 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 200 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate Strong business, organizational, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and open to change in a fast-moving and dynamic industry.
  • Placement based on need.
