Responsibilites :
- Ensure all locations comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Organize Barista shift schedules and ensure timely input of inventory reports.
- Achieve sales targets by empowering the store team.
- Training new Baristas and conduct internal training for the team.
- Analyze inventory and sales reports.
- Conduct store visits and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Requirements :
- Preferably Area Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail experience managing 15-20 stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
- 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 200 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrate Strong business, organizational, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and open to change in a fast-moving and dynamic industry.
