Key Responsibilities

:

  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team during product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of medical equipment at customer sites (hospitals, clinics), ensuring optimal functionality from the outset
  • Ensure all service activities comply with national regulations (IDAK, CDAKB). Maintain accurate service reports, installation documents, and warranty claims
  • Serve as the first line of technical support for customers, diagnosing issues, providing remote guidance, and performing on-site repairs to minimize equipment downtime
  • Conduct basic operational training for end-users (clinical staff) and internal sales teams on the features and proper use of the medical equipment
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration services as per manufacturer guidelines and distributor service agreements

Qualifications
:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electromedics or a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, field service, or biomedical engineer role, preferably within a medical device distributor or manufacturer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Practical understanding of IDAK (Indonesian Food and Drug Authority) and CDAKB (Medical Equipment Facility Control Certificate) regulations and medical device quality standards
  • Strong technical knowledge in the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of medical devices
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals. Proficiency in English is a strong plus for understanding international manuals and communicating with global principals
  • Must be highly mobile and willing to undertake extensive travel for customer site visits. Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A) is mandatory
