Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and business unit level.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure proper accounting, statutory and fiscal standards are complied.
  • Directs preparation of budgets and forecasts, reviews proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
  • Managing credit controlling and cash flow activities within the organization
  • Advise and review tax requirements and tax filing reports for the company.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the midscale/upper midscale hospitality brand.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Prior experience in hotel pre-opening is preferred.
