This role acts as a strategic and operational bridge across multiple subfunctions within People Services. You will play a key role in ensuring that critical People initiatives are executed end-to-end with clear structure, strong alignment, and measurable impact. You'll represent the Head of People Services in various forums, drive cross-functional coordination, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, balancing short-term priorities with long-term improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of key People projects (e.g., policy rollouts, onboarding/offboarding revamp, training scale-up, etc.)
- Develop project plans, milestones, and success metrics to ensure accountability and progress tracking
- Act as a liaison between People Services and other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) to drive alignment and collaboration
- Represent People Services leadership in alignment or working meetings, ensuring outcomes are consistent with broader People strategies
- Prepare materials such as decks, briefs, and updates for senior management meetings or company-wide communications (e.g., Town Halls)
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
- Maintain project dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress across subfunctions
- Proven experience in People Operations, HR Projects, or Program/Project Management
- Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect the dots, and drive execution in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling organization (startup or tech industry preferred)
