Responsibilities:

  • Support the art team in implementing and optimizing assets in the game engine.
  • Assist in creating or improving tools that speed up art production workflows.
  • Help troubleshoot technical issues between art and programming.
  • Document processes and tools for team reference.
  • Learn and adapt to the studio's art pipeline and standards.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with 3D Asset workflows (modeling, texturing, importing).
  • Scripting or programming language knowledge (Python, C#, C++, Blueprint, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work in a team.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid environment in Bandung (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH).

Pluses:

  • Experience with custom tool creation (custom editor, shaders, or automation).
  • Understanding of optimization techniques for games (polycount, textures, draw calls).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN).
  • Interest in the advancement of CG.
