Responsibilities:
- Support the art team in implementing and optimizing assets in the game engine.
- Assist in creating or improving tools that speed up art production workflows.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues between art and programming.
- Document processes and tools for team reference.
- Learn and adapt to the studio's art pipeline and standards.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Unreal Engine.
- Familiarity with 3D Asset workflows (modeling, texturing, importing).
- Scripting or programming language knowledge (Python, C#, C++, Blueprint, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work in a team.
- Willing to work in a hybrid environment in Bandung (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH).
Pluses:
- Experience with custom tool creation (custom editor, shaders, or automation).
- Understanding of optimization techniques for games (polycount, textures, draw calls).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Interest in the advancement of CG.
