Responsibilities :
- Supervising daily routine of HR Service Administration such as Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll Services, Pph21, BPJS, Insurance Management etc).
- Implementing Industrial & employee relation relations programs and Stakeholder / Community Management programs.
- Implementing People Development agenda (Recruitment Process, Learning & Development, Performance Appraisal and promote company culture to develop an efficient and engaging workplace).
- Managing daily activity of General Affairs such as Waste Management, 5R, Security Management etc.
- Provide Regular HR & GA Management Reporting.
Qualifications :
- Min Possess Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent (IPK Min. 3,00).
- Possess working experiences minimum 3 years as HRGA Supervisor preferable from Manufacturing Company with min 750 employee.
- Strong leadership and Analytical Skills, detail and deadline-oriented, inquisitive with excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
- Have a good knowledge in Labor Laws (UU No Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan UU No Cipta Kerja)
- Experience in using HRIS is a mandatory.
- Have good knowledge of Ms.Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint), Google tools, etc.
- Able to work professionally & maintain integrity in a dynamic situation
- Experiences in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in presentation
- Possess related HR Certification (ie BNSP or else) will be added value
- Have good knowledge of Manufacturing Business Process will be added value
