Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily financial administration, including data entry, petty cash, and invoice documentation.
  • Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Assist with vendor payment processing and help ensure proper bank reconciliation.
  • Participate in monitoring and reporting of inventory activities.
  • Contribute to budget planning, administrative coordination, and reporting tasks.
  • Provide support across departments when needed.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in administrative processes.
Qualifications
  • Final year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (SMK/D3/S1).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
