About the Role,

We're looking for a detail oriented and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our growing team at PT. Global Multindo Cipta (GMC), a construction management consultancy supporting international projects.This internship is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about HR and want to hands on experience managing end to end HR operations from recruitment, onboarding, and documentation, to HR reporting.

Main Responsibilities,

  • Assist with HR document management such as contracts, letters, attendance records, and filing.
  • Support in updating employee databases and maintaining digital records.
  • Help prepare HR forms, reports, and templates under supervision.
  • Handle data entry and clerical tasks related to recruitment and employee records.
  • Provide general administrative support for daily HR operations (printing, scanning, archiving, etc.).

Qualifications,

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or Administration, fresh graduates only (no ongoing college obligations).
  • Meticulous, organized, and proactive in completing administrative work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Able to work full time, Monday to Friday – 17.00 WIB).
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Nice to Have,

  • Previous internship or experience in Intern HR administration or others Intern HR Programs.
  • Familiar with HR tools (ClickUp, or other task management systems).
  • Basic skills in document control or reporting.
  • Initiative and proactively with communicative person
