PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a medical device manufacturer company, in recruiting for the role of Human Resources Manager in North Jakarta.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven expertise across multiple HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and HR operations within that environment.
  • Strong knowledge of current labor laws and employment regulations (including the latest amendments and compliance requirements).
  • In-depth understanding of industrial relations regulations, including dispute resolution, termination procedures, and employment agreements.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale employee data (HRIS systems, payroll, attendance).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with management, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Oversee all HR functions: recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data and HR systems.
  • Handle industrial relations matters, including dispute resolution and maintaining harmonious workplace relations.
  • Create, implement, and regularly review HR SOPs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management in organizational planning and talent development.
