Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Office Administration, English or Japanese Literature
  • Min. 1 years experience in the same position
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in the English language is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Japanese Language min. N3
  • Proven administration or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibility:

  • Type, prepare, and edit letters and other documents
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and organize files, databases, records, and other information.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Reviewing incoming documents
