Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Office Administration, English or Japanese Literature
- Min. 1 years experience in the same position
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in the English language is mandatory
- Proficiency in Japanese Language min. N3
- Proven administration or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibility:
- Type, prepare, and edit letters and other documents
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain and organize files, databases, records, and other information.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Reviewing incoming documents
