Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and fine-tune neural network architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs) to solve complex business or research challenges.
- Optimise model performance using techniques like hyper-parameter tuning, regularisation, and distributed training.
- Develop and train deep learning models for tasks such as computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or time-series analysis.
- Perform A/B testing, benchmarking, and model evaluation using metrics such as ROC-AUC, precision-recall, and F1-score.
- Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to align AI solutions with business goals and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
- Integrate ML/NN models into production pipelines, ensuring compatibility with frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration, model monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for code, experiments, and model configurations.
- Present findings, recommendations, and technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on advancements in deep learning and contribute to internal/external research initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Neural Network, Mathematics, or related field
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with leadership roles (academic, extracurricular, or professional) are encouraged
- Professional proficiency in English. Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, French)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Availability to work full-time at our headquarters location
- Experience in machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures
- A background in competitive athletics (teamwork, resilience) is an advantage but not required
