Requirements:
- Candidate's level must at least now at Senior Executive Grade 8;
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent;
- Strong knowledge in Risk Management and Human Resource Management;
- Proven decision-making ability in high-stakes and complex situations;
- Possess strong analytical skills;
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities;
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to lead with empathy and awareness;
- Skilled in adapting to change and navigating organizational transformation
Responsibilities:
- Lead and strategically manage all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, organizational development, HR development, compensation & benefits, and policy/procedure development, to ensure the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the company's HR management;
- Oversee and optimize the efficiency of General Services operations, which includes building management, and the procurement of goods and services (aligned with RKAP and company regulations), to ensure seamless operational support and enhanced internal stakeholder satisfaction.
