Finance & Accounting Executive – Leading Electronic Brand
Location: North Jakarta
Reports To: Finance & Accounting Manager
What You’ll Do- Handle daily accounting operations including General Ledger , AP , and AR .
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Monitor invoices, payment schedules, and ensure timely collection and disbursement.
- Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to support finance-related activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and accounting system accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance .
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting (handling GL, AR, and AP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Preferably Mandarin-speaking to communicate with regional counterparts.
