About the Role
We're seeking an experienced
Human Capital Development Leader
to drive BRI Life's people transformation agenda.
This role leads company-wide
learning, talent, and organizational development
strategies to strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee experience, and support business growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Human Capital Development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organization Development initiatives.
- Build and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning programs.
- Design and manage leadership development and performance management processes.
- Leverage data and digital learning tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and close talent capability gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Capital, with at least 3 years in managerial or head-level roles.
- Proven track record in learning strategy, talent pipeline management, and organization development.
- Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- HR certifications (CHRM, CPLP, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and HR analytics.
- Familiarity with culture transformation and change management initiatives.
