About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
Human Capital Development Leader
to drive BRI Life's people transformation agenda.

This role leads company-wide
learning, talent, and organizational development
strategies to strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee experience, and support business growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement Human Capital Development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organization Development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning programs.
  • Design and manage leadership development and performance management processes.
  • Leverage data and digital learning tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and close talent capability gaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Capital, with at least 3 years in managerial or head-level roles.
  • Proven track record in learning strategy, talent pipeline management, and organization development.
  • Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • HR certifications (CHRM, CPLP, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms and HR analytics.
  • Familiarity with culture transformation and change management initiatives.
