Responsibilities:

  • Creative Production

  • Design e-commerce promotional assets including banners, product highlights, landing pages, and campaign visuals.

  • Produce graphics for social media ads, organic posts, and performance marketing content.
  • Create motion graphics or simple animations for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and ads (optional but a plus)

  • Brand & Visual Identity

  • Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all visuals and touchpoints.

  • Develop and refine visual directions for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve and maintain Ketch's brand identity.

  • Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.

  • Manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare production-ready files for internal use or external vendors.

Qualifications:

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design work.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce campaign design best practices (e.g., mega sale events, flash sales, payday promos).
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to turn concepts into visually appealing, high-converting designs.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Experience with product photo editing, retouching, and mockup creation.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design for simple landing pages
