Job DescriptionAs a Staff Planner (PPIC), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes through effective planning and control across all production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production planning and control across all production stage
- Prepare the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on delivery priorities, machine capacity, and material availability.
- Develop daily and weekly production plans for each process and update production outputs regularly.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Production, QC, R&D, and PPIC to ensure production schedules run smoothly
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or Production Planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and familiar with ERP systems and MRP planning.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
