Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the application and renewal process of import licenses (PI), especially for:
1. Iron & Steel
2. Skim Milk Powder
3. Beef
- Coordinate the issuance of BPOM SKI (Import Notification Letter) and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Handle surveyor arrangements according to the latest regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with SIMODIS (Integrated Real-Time Foreign Exchange Monitoring System).
- Organize and maintain export-import documentation for customs audit purposes (document filing, customs clearance, reporting).
- Oversee payment processes related to export-import activities including import duties, VAT, income tax, clearance fees, and international supplier payments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations on customs, quarantine, and licensing procedures.
- Maintain excellent coordination and communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of working experience in export-import licensing, with at least a supervisory-level background.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, licensing requirements, and SIMODIS system.
- Experience in coordinating with BPOM, Ministry of Trade, and surveyors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of trade documentation and compliance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external parties.
- Ability to manage multiple licensing processes under tight deadlines.
