Business Development Intern
to support sales outreach, lead tracking, AI-powered content creation, and
marketing performance analysis

Position Overview:

This 4-month full-time internship based in
Semarang
offers the chance to gain practical experience in
B2B sales, CRM management, AI-driven marketing, and analytics
. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting our lead generation and digital engagement efforts, with a focus on healthcare clients such as hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:


Update CRM System

  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, deals, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure clean, up-to-date pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Airtable).


Lead Generation & Client Outreach

  • Research and identify new hospital and clinic prospects.
  • Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, or phone.
  • Conduct follow-ups and handoff qualified leads to the sales team.


AI-Powered Digital Marketing

  • Use tools like
    ChatGPT
    ,
    Canva
    , and
    InVideo
    to create social posts, email campaigns, and content for outbound and inbound marketing.
  • Collaborate on campaign ideas that drive awareness and engagement.


Marketing Analytics

  • Track performance of email, social media, and campaign content.
  • Analyze engagement data and provide reports on what's working.
  • Suggest improvements to optimize lead generation and marketing ROI.


Demo Coordination & Admin Support

  • Help schedule client demos and prepare basic materials (slides, overviews).
  • Assist with internal documentation, data entry, and weekly reports.


Market Research & Competitive Tracking

  • Monitor healthcare tech trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor positioning and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Familiar with tools like
    ChatGPT
    ,
    Canva
    , or Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable with outreach and lead engagement via email/LinkedIn.
  • Able to work full-time on-site in
    Semarang
    for 4 months.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic marketing analytics (Google Analytics, social insights, email reports).
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales funnels, or healthcare tech.
