We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruitment & People Development Supervisor to manage both talent acquisition and employee development functions.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment and people development, with at least 1 years in a coordinator or supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of assessment methods, training management (TNA, curriculum, facilitation, evaluation), and succession planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms; HRIS/ATS experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Previous exposure to recruitment for Sales, Marketing or Operational roles is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a Monday–Saturday and can join ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding-offboarding.
- Partner with managers to understand manpower needs and provide hiring solutions.
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct employee assessments and translate insights into development programs.
- Plan, facilitate, and evaluate training initiatives to support capability building.
- Develop and update training materials, modules, and Individual Development Plans.
- Provide reports and recommendations to management on recruitment and development progress.
