Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on battery assembly machines and production equipment.
- Develop and implement improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues related to automation machines, conveyors, robotic systems, and assembly equipment.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintenance reports.
- Collaborate with Production, and Quality teams to ensure stable and reliable production processes.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and manufacturing regulations in battery production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Priority
is given to candidates with experience in
debugging Siemens PLC and KUKA robots
. - Minimum 2 years of working experience in maintenance/engineering within a manufacturing industry (preferably in battery assembly, automotive, or electronics).
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, automation, and robotic assembly systems.
- Proficient in reading and creating engineering drawings (AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks).
- Familiar with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement principles.
- Basic understanding of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) in battery manufacturing.
- Good communication verbal and written in both English and Chinese (advantage)
- Willing to be placed in Klapanunggal - Bogor.
