岗位职责:
1、负责雅加达区域销售目标的制定和达成,并对销售数据进行分析和优化;
2、负责网格拓展活动的对接和执行,推动产品及服务销售,达成业绩指标;
3、组建并领导销售团队,开展培训、激励与绩效评估,提升团队业务能力;
4、完成代理商、大代理商的拓展、沟通、签约等工作;
5、支持和维系渠道关系,保持良好的渠道关系;
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing/Management or related fields, with overseas regional management experience;
Excellent sales and market development capabilities, strong team management and communication skills;
Proactive, can work under pressure, with a strong customer service awareness and sense of responsibility;
Strong market development capabilities and resilience under pressure, able to adapt to the development trends and changes in the sales industry.
Have experience in same fields minimum 4 years
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets in the Jakarta region, and analyzing and optimizing sales data;
Responsible for coordinating and executing network expansion activities, promoting product and service sales, and achieving performance targets;
Building and leading the sales team, conducting training, motivation, and performance evaluation to improve the team's business capabilities;
Completing the expansion, communication, and signing of contracts with agents and major distributors;
Supporting and maintaining channel relationships, and maintaining good channel relationships;
