Role Purpose
Own the company's financial projection, investment planning, budget control, and management reporting to ensure efficient use of resources and delivery of the company's strategic financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Enterprise financial model
- Build and maintain a strategy‑aligned, driver‑based model for planning, scenario analysis, and decision support. Strategic investment plan.
- Lead annual capex portfolio planning with clear risk/return, payback, and prioritization. Forecasting.
- Run monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts based on management assumptions and business drivers. Financial analysis & reporting.
- Deliver timely, complete analytical reports for management and Board use. Annual plan & budget (AOP).
- Coordinate operating and investment budgets; monitor accuracy versus actuals. Budget tracking.
- Oversee periodic reporting of budget realization, variances, and corrective actions. Revenue assurance & data integrity.
- Establish controls to protect revenue and prevent leakage; ensure report accuracy. BAU governance.
- Translate plans into measurable actions, track milestones, quality, and outcomes. Process improvement.
- Review and optimize business processes and SOPs to meet strategic goals. Policy compliance.
- Ensure adherence to the company management system and internal policies.
- Financial model and annual investment plan completed and approved on time.
- On‑time monthly/quarterly forecasts and management reports that are complete and decision‑ready.
- Budget projection accuracy vs. actual improves year over year.
- No material audit findings related to data integrity and revenue assurance.
- Planned targets achieved according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Yearly process evaluations and adjustments aligned with strategic milestones.
- High policy‑compliance rate and effective anti‑bribery practices.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Finance/Accounting).
Experience: ≥8 years total experience with ≥5 years in mid‑management within Finance/FP&A/Controlling. Big 4 experience would be an advantage.
Industry understanding: Familiar with the technology/telecommunications/IT business environment.
Capabilities: Proven leadership; results orientation; strong collaboration and communication; fluent in English.
